Morning Routine
Responsiblity
For most people, it's difficult to take responsibility for their life's outcome. It's always the boss, co-workers, former friends, ex-parters, or something else's fault. Reflect on your life, your decisions, and understand the correlation between choices you've made and the outcome. Take responsibility for your life, make the changes needed to be a better human, and rebuild yourself.
First thing to do when you wake up
4am - Upon waking, I let my fur daughters (3 German Sheppards) out for morning business. I step out, onto the grass, barefoot, and begin my warmup movements and breathing. This is the way to reconnect to the earth's energy, the circadian rhythm, and get your mind & body waking up. 10 to 15 minutes; if you're not doing this, try it out. Let me know your results.
Day 1
I watched the intro video. I've done the homework. I've looked in the mirror of me. I can only lead others when I first lead myself. Time to tear down to the foundation and rebuild.
