Coached a friend of mine today and got some feedback I want to share! 🌟

What Went Well 👍 - He loved the space and atmosphere I created. By reflecting back what I understood from his words, I made him feel truly heard and understood. 🗣️✨

Room for Improvement 🔧 - He felt there was a lack of structure. I didn’t spend enough time explaining the plan for our session. This left him wondering, "Where are we going with this?" 🤔

Key Takeaway 📚 - Moving forward, I’ll dedicate more time to setting clear expectations and enjoy the journey of the session setup. Providing details on how I work and what to expect will make the process smoother. 🛤️😊

I love surprising people by leaving some things in the unknown, but I’ve learned this isn't always the best approach, especially at the start of a coaching relationship. 🎭❓

So happy I have this opportunity to learn more and share what I am good at with others!
