First Coaching šŸ„‡ - Lessons learned šŸ—’ļø
Coached a friend of mine today and got some feedback I want to share! 🌟 What Went Well šŸ‘ - He loved the space and atmosphere I created. By reflecting back what I understood from his words, I made him feel truly heard and understood. šŸ—£ļøāœØ Room for Improvement šŸ”§ - He felt there was a lack of structure. I didn’t spend enough time explaining the plan for our session. This left him wondering, "Where are we going with this?" šŸ¤” Key Takeaway šŸ“š - Moving forward, I’ll dedicate more time to setting clear expectations and enjoy the journey of the session setup. Providing details on how I work and what to expect will make the process smoother. šŸ›¤ļøšŸ˜Š I love surprising people by leaving some things in the unknown, but I’ve learned this isn't always the best approach, especially at the start of a coaching relationship. šŸŽā“ So happy I have this opportunity to learn more and share what I am good at with others!

@Anouchka Hanneman actually thatā€˜s wonderful! Well said! šŸ¤—šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜Š Asking some question like: Would you like to know what to expect from this session beforehand or are you the type of person that prefers to go with the flow?

Niche, what is yours?
What is your niche? I myself find it very hard to pinpoint mine exactly, guilty as charged, in the terms of wanting to help in all areas I can🤭 Self love, being the main character of your own life or trauma is where I'm at right now - maybe they can be combined... I'm stil hesitant and in a mode where I want to "perfect" it, also in inspiration seeking mode.

@Tommy T Tran this is outstandingšŸš€ Love the paying 500-5000 idea to get decades of knowledge!!
Feedback please ...
This is the first and rough draft front page of a resource I am creating for my niche which is teachers and tutors who wish to leave the field for another career or a self-owned business. Hope you don't mind.

I like the big headline, it gets me interested and grabs my attention. What could be improved is that the eyes like to follow a structure. ā€So read this first and than this and than thisā€. The structure is a bit missing for me. I had to read all text boxes and than create the message that wants to be communicated myself. This could be changed to less effort on the reader side by giving visual guidance of your choice.
Self Mastery.
Anyone want to talk about this topic?

@Tommy T Tran what is your take on self mastery?

@Tommy T Tran Yes Tommy also your last comment about the heart very inspiring! I have a feeling that the heart ā¤ļø can open up much more easy when the body and the mind remain still and are not under constant pressure. Mastering myself is for me undoing a lot of things that childhood, parents, school, education, corporate world and society have taught me to do. And what I found out is that it's actually not that hard. And it takes a lot more energy to keep all the acquired behaviors up and running than to let go of them again and just be what you already are šŸ˜„.
