Expert Coach Accelerator - Request for questions at the end

Hi Ed, following on from the conversation in the chat during the Accelerator session last night, please would you consider changing the format so that questions are at the end instead of at the beginning? Some of us have children to feed and attend to and others have other commitments. I love the sessions and the questions are interesting but I'd love to be able to focus on your teaching, scripts and practical experience of peer coaching during the sessions and listen to any questions at the end if I have time. If I don't have time for the questions at the end during the session then I could watch them on replay. However, if I miss the practical experience then I can't make that up later on replay and one of the things I love is that we get to hear you sharing your expertise in real-time rather than on a recording. I also think that as new people come into the group, if there are questions at the beginning then they assume that's the format and more and more people will ask questions at the start. There are quite a few people in the Accelerator in a similar position to me who I think would also prefer things this way round. We're all very committed, we just have practical realities and matters of other areas of our lives to deal with too. 1 hr 30 mins is about the max I can commit to being in the Tuesday sessions.
