Doctor (Turned Coach??)

I'm Jeevan, a qualified doctor from the UK... but I just quit. Let me tell you why...

I hate seeing the modern healthcare system as it is. I just couldn't do it anymore.

It's all messed up with big food and big pharma and I had so many patients that were stuck in behavioural cycles for decades, leaving them with irreversible health damage.

I want to help people to make sustainable change, not just give them a tablet to manage the symptoms.

I want to help people before they get as ill as I saw them in hospital.

I know that really it's all just about the basics (diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, relationships), and I just want to help people and build a career doing it.

I'm really early in my coaching career, so I want to learn from everyone here! I do feel a bit behind in my career making a pivot after all my years at medical school, but I know that this truly is where I'm supposed to be.
