I am responsible for everything in my life.
Gratitude is the biggest hack in mental health.
One of my clients was a "glass half full" person his whole life.
I told him to try a gratitude practice and he needed to send me a new message every day.
"I am grateful for X because of Y....." was the format.
He said that it has completely changed his outlook in just the last week.
The practice each morning sets a positive tone for the day, and rereading old entries reminds him of how much abundance he truly has.
Gratitude is a neurological circuit that can be reinforced just like any other.
This way you truly can harness neuroplasticity to rewire your brain to see the positivity in all scenarios.
The small things really do count.
Much love,
Jeevan
