I notice something is not as I like → I get frustrated → I complain → I feel drained or irritable → others may respond negatively → the situation feels worse → I complain more.

• Energy – draining mental and emotional energy
• Mood – feeling stressed, impatient, frustrated
• Relationships – can create tension with others
• Focus – keeps you stuck on problems instead of solutions
• Health – chronic stress can affect your body
