Communication skills

I finally figured out what was holding me back getting started. I knew I needed to brush up on my communication skills especially for being a coach. At first I thought it was not being certified, but as I go through the modules I realised I know majority of these things and Ive implemented them in my life. It made me keep questioning myself what is it that still feels a bit lacking, then it came to me as I watched Ed’s amazing coaching sessions! I tend to ‘tell’ rather than ask questions and ‘coach’.

Anyone knows how best to go about refining it other than just keep practicing?
