My current thoughts are that in order for clients to do what you tell them to do, they have to believe in the goal, the process to actually achieve the outcome. Are there any tactics anyone's used to help create that belief or confidence? Perhaps start in the onboarding call with goal setting?
I'm a new weight loss coach so a lot of the clients I'm working with have lower self-esteem/confidence in themselves because of things they've tried in the past but haven't worked.
