Ai Coaching- The inevitability of it all
Here is an interesting article. I have been arguing that Ai, through machine learning will eventually be able to mimic human behaviour and affect. Ai will recognize changes in tone of voice, facial expressions etc and respond accordingly. Many fellow coaches do not agree and insist Ai will not be able to show empathy, compassion etc and therefore human coaches will never be replaced by Ai.
I believe we need to prepare for the inevitable and use Ai to our advantage. Let me know whether you still disagree with me.
