Hey hey everyone,I have a question for you !
One of my clients is saying that he wants to improve his "sleeps".He says he wakes up every night at 4am to just "think" whether he thinks about the weather,his car or it can escalate to a conversation he had with his mother when he was 5.He said he wants to think only when it's necessary and wants to learn to be " still and aware".How can I help him achieve that ? when I myself haven't?
