17. Expert Coach Accelerator Tasking: 20th August
This weeks coaching session was practising on unpicking clients triggers
and helping them to complete in areas of their lives
Next week live intervention will be another demonstration of this.
Sorry once again for being late
I messed up and was in the wrong room
Then realised I didn't know how to set up a new one in a new account
We have a team member away at the moment
It won't happen again, team
My bad
Also, today's session breached the concept of
dealing with abuse and when the line is
I was running out of time
So didnt really have enough time to explore this
Its important to remember
We are not part of the judicial system
I know its hard, we have to stay out of judgement
and focus on where the behaviour started and how do we alter the pattern
For future benefit
We also have to take account for Safe guarding the client in the now
if that is appropriate
Happy to go into this again
As it is a very important topic
