Question for the group👇🏾
I was talking with one of my leadership team members about how her team has continued to perform at a high level despite significant challenges. When I asked what made the difference, her answer was simple but powerful: they are resilient, they adapt, and they expect change.
Nothing stays the same. Change is inevitable in every area of our lives. The question is not if change comes, but what anchors us when it does.
For me, two anchors matter most:
• A simple, structured daily routine that keeps me steady when everything else feels unpredictable
• Staying anchored in God, who is steadfast, unchanging, and always shows up
So I’m curious:
👉 What helps you stay grounded and resilient when life shifts or gets hard?
👉 Is it routine, faith, mindset, people, or something else?
Share what’s worked for you. Someone else here may need it today.
