I suspect from listening to law and legal experts who are active in the team of Shāh Reza Pahlavi pertaining to the nature of the future Constitution of Iran the way that Cabinet positions of the government will likely be filled is by this following process For every election cycle (i.e. Every 4-8-12 years) The majority party elected into the parliament by the people nationwide becomes the new elected government thereby it's leader automatically becomes the Prime Minister (or President) and as the Head of Government He/She must select the cabinet members of every government Ministry, Agency and Office however they all need to be confirmed by the Senate for verifying each cabinet members qualification and expertise via meritocracy to observe if they are fit to serve the country until the next election cycle For Example if Iran becomes a Constitutional Monarchy again then the Director of SAVAK would be selected by the Prime Minister and later that nominee must undergo the Senate confirmation process to make it official this applies to all government cabinet positions This seems alot like how US Administrations fill their cabinet positions however in the Iranian Constitutional Monarchy model it will be the Monarch (Shāh) who will be the Commander-in-chief even though the Prime Minister is constitutionally permitted to use the military at anytime for national security purposes however Prime Ministers cannot exceed their authority over Imperial Iranian Armed Forces (the Artesh) because ultimately it's the Monarch (Shāh) is the owner of the military according to the constitution exactly like all other Democratic Monarchies in the world were the Monarch is Commander-in-chief while the Prime Minister is permitted to use the military within his/her Constitutional limits because we cannot have a situation again where a Prime Minister like Mossadeq goes rogue and tries to usurp the constitution by attempting a coup against the Monarch again thus this must be made clear in the constitution to avoid any misunderstandings in the future

Has anyone else found themselves fall into new daily/nightly routine that completely revolves around Goldie tousi Armin Tal and various more trustworthy news sources since the end of last year? I pretty much go to sleep when Goldie/Armin go off air. I don’t watch 24/7 but almost. I wake up every day hoping something has finally happened. Today as pissed as I was that supposedly Khomeini didn’t show up for Friday service and rumors being he got out with Chinese help I was still hopefully that somehow this meant the rest of the forces would start to dissipate and help could come in with aid Food water doctors etc…. Every day that goes by is an eternity. I am saying this from the safety of my home but all my thoughts and heart are in Iran right now.
