The Game of Time
The Game of Time: Beijing has two goals: a maximum objective of turning Iran into "another Afghanistan" for the US — a prolonged, draining conflict — and a minimum objective of keeping the Iranian theocratic regime intact as a strategic foothold in the Middle East.
