I'm curious what any of the other fitness professionals are doing for their free and paid communities.
My initial strategy is to run the free community like a 7 day free trial. Then during the onboarding call pitch a 6-week challenge or 4-6 months of training depending on the persons starting point and goals. If they aren't up for either of those, then down sell a $97/month community with a monthly training program and meal plan.
Thoughts? I would love to know what's been working for you guys?
