3 day ai coach follow up

my schedul didn't line up with the calls last week so I spent the entire day yesterday working through the 3day curriculum in the custom gpts you provided ... and when i woke up today to dial it all in ... the work was gone? your gpts are saying they don't log the sessions like my standalone pro plan does.

is there a recommended workaround? maybe i missed your precautionary advice to prevent loss of work ... if not, it's a suuuper relevant caveat to mention prior to investing hrs of energy into a system that deletes your work.
