The UK has one of the worst paternity leave packages in Europe. The numbers speak for themselves.
Spain gives dads 17 weeks at 100% pay. Norway gives 15 weeks at 100%. Iceland gives between 20 and 26 weeks. And Denmark gives 13 weeks.
The UK gives 2 weeks at £187.18 per week or 90% of pay (whichever is lower). That is it.
