What’s the most complex Power Apps solution you’ve built

Hi everyone, glad to join the community!

I’ve been working with Power Apps for about 2–3 years, mainly on organization-wide workflows (both Canvas and Model-driven).

I’m curious:

-What’s the most complex or time-consuming Power Apps solution you’ve delivered?(Stack details welcome: Canvas/Model-driven, Dataverse/SharePoint/SQL, Power Automate, integrations, etc.)

-What made it challenging performance, scalability, security/governance, ALM, UX, data model?

I see the tool is getting a wide recognition in the past years, and it would be interesting to see if we share the same struggles.

For me, it's mostly setting up an archive structure outside Microsoft or the UI, and the fact that Microsoft "forces" you to choose Dataverse : )
