Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. Howdy
Hey everyone, I'm Josh I'm 19, based in the UK, and I build AI automation and outbound systems for business owners. I've already shipped a few real things: a contactless payment platform for schools that's live, different process automations for German Businesses, and I'm the technical cofounder of a data startup that just got full approval. And I'm building my agency around AI, automation & consulting, sold globally through a personal brand. Why I'm here: I do my best work around people who are actually building, and I've been doing this mostly solo. I want to fix that. So I'm looking to connect with one or two people who are also building something serious. Whether that's an accountability partner to keep each other on track daily, or just someone in the same trenches to swap wins, losses, and ideas with. Deffo not looking for motivation that dies in three days, looking for someone consistent who's in it for real. If that's you, or you're just building in AI and want to talk, comment or reach out. Glad to be here.

Claude Agents vs No‑Code Automation Tools: What’s Better Today?
Last year, someone made a point that even if building an AI workflow in n8n takes ~9 minutes and building the same thing as a Claude agent takes ~4–5 minutes, the n8n route is still better because you get reliability, scalability, visibility, consistency, fewer risky AI actions, and the agent stays inside the boundaries you set. But that was before Claude dropped skills, connectors, and a bunch of new features that (in some cases) replace no‑code automation tools. I’m not sure if they replace them in all cases, especially for business workflows. So now I’m wondering: Does that old logic still hold up? Are people still choosing n8n for serious workflows, or are Claude’s features good enough to replace that whole setup when both approaches can solve the same problem? I want to hear everyone’s opinions. Share your thoughts and let others jump in, correct, debate, whatever. 👀
