First big AI Audit Opportunity
Hi everyone, I'm new to this community and joined because I'm starting to offer AI audits and basic automations through my existing business, Stop4Change. I've been a business coach for the last 7/8 years. I have a great opportunity with a firm undergoing leadership changes. They have 75 staff and t/o £1m per month, so they can afford to invest in this process. The CEO wants to learn more about what AI can do, so I will guide him through a simple slide deck to demonstrate the value of opting for an audit.. If anyone has advice or templates for this pre‑audit exploration phase that I can cross‑reference with what I’ve done, please share them. Any other advice would be gratefully received.

Discover Call Help ?
Hey Everyone thought maybe someone can help me. I am just starting out on the consultant track. I held two discovery calls (woohoo!) but i almost felt like it was a mash up of a discover call and an audit call. And i feel like my next one may be a mash up of an audit call and the final reporting call. anyone else had this issue at the beginning? any suggestions or clarity? TIA!

I've been in the AI space for about a year now, and if there's one thing I want to share with you, it's this: your network is your net worth. Here's what I've noticed — most people here are either learning skills or already have them. That's not the problem. The real question is: how do you market those skills? How do you actually get clients? Honestly, that's why I joined this community. Not just to find the answer for myself, but because I think it's the answer most of us are looking for. At some point, you have to learn how to market yourself — no skill pays you until someone knows about it. I quit my job two months ago and went all in on this. People think I'm crazy. But you know what? That's exactly why I did it. Would love to connect with anyone on the same path.
