First big AI Audit Opportunity

Hi everyone, I'm new to this community and joined because I'm starting to offer AI audits and basic automations through my existing business, Stop4Change. I've been a business coach for the last 7/8 years.

I have a great opportunity with a firm undergoing leadership changes. They have 75 staff and t/o £1m per month, so they can afford to invest in this process. The CEO wants to learn more about what AI can do, so I will guide him through a simple slide deck to demonstrate the value of opting for an audit..

If anyone has advice or templates for this pre‑audit exploration phase that I can cross‑reference with what I’ve done, please share them.
