Must Read for Anyone Starting an AI Business
Hey everyone 👋 I want to make sure you’re truly using what’s inside the Classroom here on Skool — because it isn’t just theoretical content. It’s the proven starting point for building an AI service business in 2026, based on everything I've learned scaling my own 7-figure AI agency. When I first launched my business back in 2022, I was figuring things out in the dark — long days, trial and error, and a lot of mistakes before the real patterns finally emerged. Since then, I’ve worked with 7, 8, and 9-figure clients, helped thousands of people start AI agencies, and studied what separates the people who succeed from the ones who stall. And now the data is clear: There are TWO proven paths people are using to break into AI. All you have to do is choose the path that fits how you think and work. That’s why the very first thing you should do here is go to the Start Here module inside the Classroom. Inside it, you’ll find: - A clear breakdown of the two proven paths - Clarity on how to pick the one that fits you best - Then you'll find your playbook to land your first paid client fast Everything I wish I had when I started — the frameworks, playbooks, lessons, and action plans — is inside this Classroom. And I continue to update it based on what’s working right now. It’s all here for you, step by step. Don’t let this sit in your dashboard like another course. This is the stuff I lived to be where I am right now. My goal
My name is Victor, I'm so much fascinated with AI and its workflows. I'm currently working as a Coffee Barista in the State of Kuwait. I love smart things and would love to switch to Tech full time starting with AI automation.
Business Owners: What's the ONE repetitive task you'd automate tomorrow if it cost you nothing?
I've been speaking with business owners over the past few weeks, and one thing keeps coming up: Most aren't looking for "AI." They're looking for more time, faster responses, happier customers, and more sales. Whether you're in real estate, an agency, e-commerce, consulting, or any service business... What's the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? Is it: - Following up with leads? - Responding to customer inquiries? - Booking appointments? - Managing your CRM? - Customer support? - Something else? I'm curious because I'm building AI automation systems around real business problems—not just cool demos. Drop your biggest operational headache below. I'm interested to see if there are common patterns, and I might even share how I'd automate a few of them for free in the comments. Let's see what business owners are actually struggling with. 👇
What's the Biggest Time-Waster in Your Business Right Now?
What's the Biggest Time-Waster in Your Business Right Now? One thing I've been noticing while learning AI and automation is that every business has at least one repetitive task that eats up hours every week. It could be: Replying to the same messages Following up with leads Organizing data Creating content Scheduling meetings Updating spreadsheets Most people accept these tasks as "just part of the job." But many of them can be simplified with the right workflow or automation. I'm trying to get better at identifying these opportunities, so I'm curious: If you could eliminate ONE repetitive task from your business or workflow tomorrow, what would it be? I'd love to see what everyone is working on, and I'm sure we can all learn from each other's answers.
