The Energy Audit: Where Is Your Energy Leaking Right Now?
Some days you wake up feeling fine, but by mid-afternoon you’re completely spent… and you can’t quite put your finger on why. Nothing major has happened, but everything feels heavier than it should.
That’s often a sign of energy leaks.
They’re not always obvious or dramatic. Most of the time they show up in small, everyday ways.
Things like:
• overcommitting when your plate is already full
• replaying conversations in your head
• scrolling without really resting
• carrying worries that aren’t yours to carry
• pushing through when your body is asking you to slow down
Resilience isn’t just about how much you can handle. It’s also about how well you protect your energy so you’ve got something left for the things that matter. Doing a simple “energy audit” can be really eye-opening. Not to judge yourself or overhaul your whole life, but just to notice where your energy is going… and whether it’s coming back to you.
