Let’s Talk Money Goals for 2026 (In a Resilient Way)
Money can be one of the biggest stressors in our lives, but it can also be one of the biggest sources of confidence and stability when we feel in control of it. And just like with our health, mindset, and wellbeing… resilience plays a huge part in how we handle our finances.
As we start thinking ahead to 2026, it might be a good time to check in with yourself and ask 'What do I want my financial life to look like next year?'
I’m not talking about becoming a millionaire or writing a five-year spreadsheet (unless you love that sort of thing). I’m talking about simple, grounded goals that give you a sense of direction and calm.
Things like:
• Creating a little breathing room with a buffer fund
• Paying off something that’s been weighing on you
• Saving for something meaningful
• Cutting back on spending that doesn’t support your wellbeing
• Building habits that help you feel more secure and in control
Your money story is part of your resilience story. When you feel financially steady, your nervous system stays calmer. You sleep better. You make clearer decisions. You’re less likely to slip into stress spirals. And when challenges pop up, you’ve got more capacity to handle them.
Resilience isn’t just about mindset and movement - it’s also about having the foundations in place so life feels lighter and less chaotic. So, I’d love to open the conversation… What’s one small money goal you’d love to focus on in 2026? Something that would help you feel more grounded, secure or empowered?
