Using The Progress & Accountability Section 🎯
Alright, here is one of my favorite parts about The Lean Body Accelerator Skool. This section is meant for daily, weekly, or monthly accountability photos. This can be any of your checklists from 30 Day Baseline Protocol, progress photos, weight check ins, etc... It's one of the easiest ways to level up, because when you post your progress, your daily workouts, or just something your doing to improve yourself people will get inspired and comment something to hype you up! So make sure to make a progress post! That's the culture we're trying create here... We want you to hold yourself accountable at least weekly, and check in with the group. Post a photo of you at the gym, on a run, eating a healthy meal, or anything related to progress! We'll be able to help you stay on the right path, fix any mistakes you're making, and remind you that you have a group of people who want to see you succeed. If you want your workouts, meals, or form rated and checked by me or the team make a post about it!
