How To Use The Advice Section ✅
The idea behind this section, is to give you guys a place to ask direct questions to Kestler, and the other members of The Lean Body Accelerator. You can make a post, asking about certain exercises, different workouts to try, issues your having in the gym, weak points that you want to bring up, and just generally any question you have when it comes to fitness. I'll also be making content rating your workout plans, meal plans, and breaking down your progress if you post in the community! Remember that the more you guys interact with each other, the quicker you'll level up and earn points. We'll be posting challenges where the top scorer on the leaderboard can win prizes like creatine, pre-workout, and exercise equipment like lifting straps.

Using The Progress & Accountability Section 🎯
Alright, here is one of my favorite parts about The Lean Body Accelerator Skool. This section is meant for daily, weekly, or monthly accountability photos. This can be any of your checklists from 30 Day Baseline Protocol, progress photos, weight check ins, etc... It's one of the easiest ways to level up, because when you post your progress, your daily workouts, or just something your doing to improve yourself people will get inspired and comment something to hype you up! So make sure to make a progress post! That's the culture we're trying create here... We want you to hold yourself accountable at least weekly, and check in with the group. Post a photo of you at the gym, on a run, eating a healthy meal, or anything related to progress! We'll be able to help you stay on the right path, fix any mistakes you're making, and remind you that you have a group of people who want to see you succeed. If you want your workouts, meals, or form rated and checked by me or the team make a post about it!

Did you try a new exercise that really hit? Maybe you just want to document your progress with your lifts? This is the place for it bro. I want you guys sharing how the program is going for you, any new exercises that you are trying that you like, and all of your PRs! When you see someones post, like it and comment. The more you engage and build connections with the community, the higher level you'll be. Remember when you level up, you climb the leaderboard and earn rewards from our monthly giveaways including pre-workout, creatine and fitness equipment like lifting straps.
