How To Use The Advice Section ✅
The idea behind this section, is to give you guys a place to ask direct questions to Kestler, and the other members of The Lean Body Accelerator. You can make a post, asking about certain exercises, different workouts to try, issues your having in the gym, weak points that you want to bring up, and just generally any question you have when it comes to fitness. I'll also be making content rating your workout plans, meal plans, and breaking down your progress if you post in the community! Remember that the more you guys interact with each other, the quicker you'll level up and earn points. We'll be posting challenges where the top scorer on the leaderboard can win prizes like creatine, pre-workout, and exercise equipment like lifting straps.
