SPAM JAIL
I was wondering, we all know that it's illegal to do cold email campaigns without 2 things:
- a business address in your cold email
- providing a way for the leads to opt-out of your list
Now that makes sense, but what if my email looks super natural? not offering anything or talking about my business in the email. Just asking a question about their business to get them to respond?
Do I still legally need to include that two?
