Help in Facebook Ads-Account

Hey guys I recently created a new ads account (Let say B) & gave partner access to other account (Let say A), full access of page and ads account but now the ads I create in his ads manager (B's) is not shown to him and if he create an ads campaign then it's not shown to me

In short if I create ad campaign in B's ads manager then it's not shown to him only I can see that & if he can create any campaign then it's not shown to me

Have anyone faced this ?

Please help me out here
