New and ready!
My wife, Heather and I are new to this group and have quietly working toward opening our own 24/7 sim in the background - due primarily to having stared following launch point in TikTok. I appreciate the invite to the group!
We recently had our LLC and DBA approved and will be submitting an LOI for a spot this week.
This is my first business and I’m using Perplexity as my AI assistant; very helpful so far! We intend to begin our build out in August with a plan for soft opening Oct 1.
