Hi, we are just making our first steps into the Land Home package business. Our background is a nation-wide land-only operation, so we aren't bound to any specific state/county, and for this business we are going to focus on 1-2 states and a few counties.
Apart from the market itself, a main decision factor will be license feasibility, since we operate remotely. Can anyone share any knowledge and insights on this matter?
