Joining Inner Circle

Hi Knolly,

I attempted to join the Inner Circle at the $150/month rate last Sunday but my card was declined. The card is unlocked and sufficient funds are in the checking account related to my debit card. Paul Denver said that they have experienced this and to try my card again.

I unable to locate the area that allows you to to join at the $150/mo rate and not $5L per year.

Can you help?
