Systems Are Built by Admins — Not Visionaries
One really important thing I want everyone in the Inner Circle to understand is this: The operations manual is already built. A lot of the frustration I see—especially from high-D personalities—comes from the belief that you have to build complex SOPs and systems yourself. That’s simply not true… and honestly, that belief is where many people get stuck. Think of your business like a factory. The heavy lift is building the factory, not running it day to day. Once the factory is built, the product gets produced every single day. Occasionally, a piece of machinery breaks, you call in help, you’re down for maybe 24 hours—and then you’re right back in operation. The mistake high-D personalities make is assuming: “If systems matter, I must be the one to build them.” That’s faulty thinking. As I teach in 3 Hours a Day, systems are not built by the visionary. They are built by an admin. It takes an SC or CS personality profile to document, organize, and maintain SOPs. That’s why the system works best when: - I teach the system - The VA or admin builds it - You operate inside the system—not buried in it My own profile is ISC, which essentially makes me a very well-paid admin 🤠. I’m comfortable in systems, documentation, and operations—but I don’t expect you to be. That’s the whole point of this environment. You don’t need to become someone you’re not. You don’t need to force yourself into system-building mode. And you definitely don’t need to “white-knuckle” operations. You just need to understand the system well enough to delegate it. That’s what I’m here for.

Morning y'all. Anyone have advice on the enewsetter? I want to get this going. My dilemma right now is do I use my current crm (from what I read, enewsletter costs $75 month, which I feel I could use for something else) or use moresolds enewsletter. I have my website/landing pages/funnels set up through my current crm but I haven't added my SOI yet. Any insight on which way I should go would be great, while I continue to ponder on this. Thanks y'all!! 💛

I almost did the transition when they were offering it before September 30, but I had not even dug into Boldtrail past the frustration of no easy way to upload contacts, so I wasn’t sure any other CRM would be better. Instant Impression One-Sheet (Stop Selling, Start Being Chosen)
Let's discuss how to become the CHOSEN agent of choice. I’m training today on something I call the Instant Impression One-Sheet. This is a continuation of the previous 20-minute training video, where I discussed leading with "purpose" as an agent. [Excuse the dim quality] This is a simple 8.5 × 11 that I use in a few different ways: - buyer consultations - listing appointments - pre-listing packets - or mailed bimonthly to your Cool 300 in a manila folder The purpose of this one sheet is simple: to help you articulate your character, credibility, and commitment — without selling. This tool supports my bigger theme of building a purpose-centric business, not a sales-centric one. Here’s how it works. Side One = Character - On this side, you share your mission or personal story. This humanizes you and showcases who you are, not just what you do. On that same side, you also show: - a real closing - a testimonial This side answers the question: “Can I trust you as a person?” Side Two = Credibility + Commitment This is where most agents stop short. On this side, you clearly state three personal promises — promises that actually relate to who you are. If you fail at any point, you give the client $100 on the spot (or whatever amount you’re comfortable with). For example: Imagine a promise where you always show up on time. If you’re late, you give them $100 on the spot. You could even show up two minutes late on purpose once — hand them the money — and watch their jaw drop. The money isn’t the point. The point is that you instantly become: - memorable - trustworthy - their agent of choice - and the agent they refer There’s also a natural level of reciprocity created. On my one sheet, I also include specific performance guarantees, such as: - You will save at least $5,000 off the home you purchase, or I will give you $1,000 at closing. - This will be the best selling experience you’ve ever had, or I will give you $1,000 at closing.
