Hi Knolly, I have down loaded the pre-listing package awhile ago and modified them for my purposes. After you send the pre-listing package to the seller, what are you using a Listing package during the listing appointment. Thanks always - Jim

Hi Knolly, I can see the power here with Success with Listings Academy to reach out to other agents in the academy. I don't see eXp email addresses or their other business email addresses to reach to them to create a referral relationship. How would I go about reaching out to the other members of the Academy/Mentorship Masters group to see if they want to link up with me to establish a referral relationship to build both our businesses? Hi Knolly, I have completed days 8 through 15: In Slack, I am a member of Slack Groups: us-team-mentorship-masters-group us-net-next-level-agents-at-exp-realty I am using Bold as my CRM. When I came over from KW to eXp, I imported by contacts over. I have 660 contacts (about 420 are in my neighborhood demographic farm). I took some SkySlope training courses. I am using it live with my 2 listings that are pending. Learn as you earn. I have business cards (one set for general use) another set for my probate niche - I don't tell them that I am the "Coolest Realtor in Town". I have Bold Website in use - I had taken the startup class but I need to hone in on really learning how to leverage Bold. Keep you posted on days 15-30 Jim

Hi Knolly, I am taking the Mentorship Masters Exclusive Partner Training. I am in days 8 through 15 of the first 30 days and taking the SkySlope training. The training videos are somewhat outdated based on the GUI I see in SkySlope and what is presented. There was a short 3 minute video on the Agent Completion of File Document, but I don't see it on my 2 listing transactions. Is the file still relevant. Thanks
