Joining Inner Circle
Hi Knolly, I attempted to join the Inner Circle at the $150/month rate last Sunday but my card was declined. The card is unlocked and sufficient funds are in the checking account related to my debit card. Paul Denver said that they have experienced this and to try my card again. I unable to locate the area that allows you to to join at the $150/mo rate and not $5L per year. Can you help? Thanks

Again, my business debit card was declined; however, I was able to join using my Business Checking account that is tied to the debit card. I am now a member and look forward to contributing to the group and to continue to learn from the best

I have been a part-time agent for 2.5 years - very difficult doing this part-time. However, my work full-time with the company has dried up and I am being left go. I will be transitioning to full-time as an agent. I always said to the Lord - when you want us to move elsewhere you will guide by drying up the brook that I am drinking from. I had my first sale last week on 1/5/26. I fleeced the Lord that if the sale did not go through than I was out of the game - this was a very challenging sale - went through probate, hurricane repair, assumable VA mortgage where the loan was in forbearance for 15 months - the amount owed was $32,000. To get the approval the loan had to be cured. The buyer was willing to front the money since the seller that I represented had no money. The Lord did this - so I remain in the game for at least 1 year. I want to see how business picks up when doing this full-time.

Morning y'all. Anyone have advice on the enewsetter? I want to get this going. My dilemma right now is do I use my current crm (from what I read, enewsletter costs $75 month, which I feel I could use for something else) or use moresolds enewsletter. I have my website/landing pages/funnels set up through my current crm but I haven't added my SOI yet. Any insight on which way I should go would be great, while I continue to ponder on this. Thanks y'all!! 💛

I actually create my own newsletter with topics that I pick and choose to include the market stats on 2 of the counties I concentrate on. I also provide my analysis on each topic (my 2 cents). Once I draft my newsletter I send them to my 36 Touch SOI in a group. I also provide this to my 8x8 group to each recipient for a personal touch

Accountability Partner
Hi Knolly, I got my first listing transaction closed on Monday - you can ask George and Danielle this was not a trivial sale. I finished the first 30 days with Knolly with one exception - identifying and connecting with an Accountability Partner. Within our Master Minds group, how can I link up with someone to formulate this relationship. Jim - " The Coolest Realtor in Town"

creating a small accountability group
As I was in mediation and prayer this past few weeks, I feel like I'm being called to lead a small accountability group of 5 -7 people within my SOI. It started when I listened to one of your podcasts/trainings when you @Knolly Williams interviewed someone who was able to accomplish 6 tasks/goals each week. This, to me, is huge. And I was thinking I create this within my circle for those, like me, who need to stay accountable and consistent. I"m already creating a plan and its all forming and fits into my week with no problems (if I stay accountable and on task). I'm reaching out to you all for any insight, comments, questions, thoughts, whatever. Am I crazy? Am I thinking correctly? Would love any feedback! Thanks y'all!
