Which of these is your biggest/most painful problem as an agency owner?
If you could swing a magic wand and this problem would disappear, it would make your life that much better. You would pay more to solve this problem than any other.
Demanding clients - having 100 bosses, being tied to your phone and answering emails…
Client acquisition - low trust clients, bad offer, not being able to standout…
Cash flow - thin margins, high churn, low price, payment after the job is done…
