I'm interested to know and see what is the average time that a client stays with somebody to see if I'm doing good with my client or not. What is the average time or the optimal time for a client to stay with you for service providers that are doing, for example, ads and just lead generation & appointments?

Best ad is performing at around 30$ CPL (the crossfit one). All other ones are performing just terrible (60-100$ CPL). I have done around 15-25 different ads and 6-8 angles. Nothing seems to be working. I also tested more crossfit angles but those didn't work. From these metrics (in screenshot) is there anything that I could do and optimize to get better results?
