What to do when you reach out 'cap' of a niche?
Need YOUR Expert Opinion! 📌
Hi everyone,
I need your help! I run SMMA in poland. My niche is PMU artists, and there are about 5,000 of them in my area. I’m thinking about what to do once I reach this limit.
I know that business is like driving at night—you should only focus on what’s right in front of you. But I want to plan for the long term (2-3 years), and this question is on my mind.
What are your thoughts?
I was thinking of adding a related niche to expand. For example:
  • Bigger Niche: Beauty
  • My Niche: PMU
I could add another niche, but then I’d need different cold calling scripts and offers for each one.
Here are some other ideas I have:
  1. Target clients in other countries.
  2. Go broader, but how? (operational drag 2x2x2x2x...)
  3. Focus on premium beauty services, but I’ll need to learn about many new services and I will not be able to productize service.
I’d really appreciate any advice/idea/perspective you have. Thank you!
