What is the best route for construction companies?

hi all, I own a construction company, ( I wasn't able to make SMMA work for me) and I've come to this community in hopes of learning and surrounding myself with people who share a desire to be the best at what they do. Hopefully one day I give back and be the Gandhi of advertising for construction companies.

I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction, for what the best path is for advertising a construction company ( we handle a lot of aspects of construction, scaffolding, carpentry, home building, and excavation)

I know all systems work if done right, although what would give the best RIO? google ads, Facebook ads, etc

if anyone could help it would be much appreciated, im not just looking for a golden solution, but if someone could nudge me in the right direction of where to look that would be much appreciated.

a little bit more context im hoping to do as much marketing as I can, inbound and outbound while still maintaining a budget
