Some Meta leads can’t be downloaded

Running native Facebook Lead Ads (no CRM, no landing page — just instant forms).

Here’s what’s happening:

Ads Manager shows 8 Meta leads in total.
I was able to download 6 of them through the ads manager with no problem.
But the very first lead and the newest one today both show up in Ads Manager results but don’t appear in the Forms Library / CSV download — so I can’t access their details.

Meta support told me to “wait 24 hours” because it could be latency, but it’s now clear this isn’t just delay since other leads downloaded fine while these two are not downloadable.

Has anyone else had specific leads missing like this from lead forms? Did they ever show up later, or are they just lost?
