No More Manual Onboarding! This Automation Does It for You
Bringing on a new client should feel exciting, not like a never-ending checklist of tasks. But between setting up Trello boards, logging payment details, and sending emails, onboarding can quickly turn into a time-consuming mess.
That’s why I built an automation that handles everything instantly!
Here’s how it works:
- Payment is completed → Triggers the automation
- A Trello board is created for the client (with pre-set lists & tasks)
- Important payment details are logged in Google Sheets
- A welcome email is sent with a Trello link + next steps
Now, every new client gets a smooth, organized onboarding experience without me lifting a finger. Anyone else automating their onboarding?
