Multiple Proposal Issues
Hi all, I've been struggling with constantly changing proposals for different clients, and I know a lot of people here have been too.
I spent some time working through it last week, and here’s a simple way I solved it:
1. Build a proposal template with variables. E.g. {{company_name}}
2. Take the video recoding from the call and summaries in ChatGPT.
3. Get AI to automatically replace all the relevant variables in the proposal with relevant details.
- Get that added back into your CRM, ready to review and send.
