FREE Win Collection System for Agencies (Make + GPT – No Code Needed)
FREE idea I wish I set up way earlier...
After looking back at where I dropped the ball, I realized I wasn’t capturing client wins or good feedback consistently — which meant less content, fewer case studies, and no ammo for sales calls.
Built a dead-simple automation to fix that. Totally free to run.
Here’s what it does:
- Every week, clients get a 2-line email: “Got any wins this week we can celebrate or share?”
- They answer through a Google Form
- GPT summarizes their message into a client win (usable as a case study, post, email, whatever)
- The result lands in a Google Sheet you can actually use
