FB leads not responding

Hey, I've been running Facebook ads for a client in car detailing niche for about a week now, spending $20~$30 per day, I'm getting $6 leads for a service that costs $950.

The offer in the ad is get a free quote

I have 2 qualifications questions + Auto fill for the name and phone number

but for some reason most of these leads doesn't respond at all, we text them multiple times, double dial them, and there is no response, maybe some of them will respond to the first text but will not answer calls or anything after that

I've been thinking maybe the problem is the auto fill number, but a lot of them just reply to the first text with something like yes or how much does it cost and never respond after that
