Email Deliverability Issue - Hotmail, BIMI Records, Yahoo Sender Profiles

Anyone in here up to date with the latest around best deliverability practices?

I have one client having issues with Hotmail, we can't seem to crack.

I know there have been some recent developments around best practices for sending.

Can anyone in here help me out?
