Hey guys just some advice please on how to hire. I do meta and google ads, and basic SEO.
Do you think it’s better to hire one person who can do all, full time.
Or 3 part time, and limit their roles and responsibilities to Either meta or Google or seo. So it’s cleaner and more systemised, and clear who doing what.
