Body Gratitude Bed Time Routine
For the last few months I have been spending a few moments before bed giving my body a little bit of love. I close my eyes and thank my body for everything it does for me. I thank it for strong and able legs that take me where I want to go, when I want to go. Strong and able arms for navigating life and getting off the floor. A strong and able back for keeping me upright while I walk around to look at my favorite things.
Our body supports every movement & every moment.
Only a few seconds of gratitude can remind us how lucky we are to be alive, heathy, strong & able!
