The Nature of Marketing has a new look!
I’ve recently changed the about page banner. And I’ve just now changed the group icon to match. Not because the old icon was bad (no, in fact it’s really good imo). But I also use it as the favicon for my main site and daily email newsletter. So it’s confusing to me to navigate sometimes. So I made it easier by making the icons different. Just mentioning it so folks don’t get lost. What branding blunders have you encountered recently that you’ve struggled to find suitable solutions for early on?

What are your wins from last week?
Last week I: - Completed email sequences for two clients (and got 2 major thumbs up!) - Automated categorizing meeting transcripts for clients in Notion. - Created a new offer for folks inside this community (Threads AI writing Coach). - Wasted time creating a new link in bio page that looks cool, but probably isn't a very high leverage use of my time right now. What about you? What are your wins, losses and in between?
I messed up!
I originally launched this community with one goal — make it a vibrant place for holistic-minded business owners to attract and keep more clients using threads and email. ㅤ But I made a mistake… ㅤ I got wrapped in learning too many different strategies from too many different teachers. Mixing and matching. What's up folks? Making some changes around here. For starters, I was considering changing the name to Influential Writing Academy. Might still do, but in the meantime I thought "Who cares?", and it's better to just focus on making this group awesome. So here's what to expect. A writing challenge / sprint (for Threads).
