  • ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ Mobility: Stretched like a sassy cat waking up from a nap. ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ’ค Slow, deliberate, and a little bit extra. ๐Ÿ˜‰
Todayโ€™s Workout:
  • ๐Ÿ’ฅ 50 kettlebell swings (32 kg!) to kick things off and remind my body who's in charge! ๐Ÿ‘‘ Seriously, that's a workout on its own! ๐Ÿคฏ
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Rounds Completed: 9 GLORIOUS series! Yes, NINE! ๐Ÿคฉ Because why not? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
Exercises:
  1. ๐Ÿ’ช Single Arm Clean: 24 kg felt like a breeze! ๐Ÿ’จ 28 kg, youโ€™re next! Iโ€™m coming for you! ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
  2. โš–๏ธ Anti-Lateral Flexion Reverse Lunge: 5 reps per side with 24 kg. Trying not to tip over was the real challenge! ๐Ÿ˜… Core engaged? โœ… Balance? Barely. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
  3. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Single Arm Sumo Deadlift: 32 kg? Felt like lifting marshmallows! โ˜๏ธ Dead-easy-lifts, am I right? ๐Ÿ˜‚
  4. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ Single Arm Farmerโ€™s Walk: 30 m (100 ft) per arm. Easiest part of the day! Couldโ€™ve walked to the grocery store with these! ๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿ’ช
Post-Workout:
  • ๐Ÿ˜Œ Cool Down: Stretched like a lazy cat in the sun. โ˜€๏ธ After 9 rounds, I deserved it! ๐Ÿ™Œ
Notes:
  • โš ๏ธ 24 kg cleans were just a warm-up! 28 kg, consider this a warning! ๐Ÿšจ
  • ๐Ÿคฃ Deadlifts at 32 kg were too easy! Might need to start lifting small cars! ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’จ
  • ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธ Farmerโ€™s walk? More like a stroll in the park! Couldโ€™ve done it blindfolded! ๐Ÿ™ˆ
Next Steps:
  • ๐Ÿš€ Upgrade to 28 kg for cleans! Letโ€™s do this! ๐Ÿ‘Š
  • ๐Ÿ˜ Maybe add a 40 kg deadliftโ€ฆ or a small elephant. ๐Ÿ˜œ
