  2. Hammer Strength flyes - 5 sets of 50 repps with 50 pds.
  3. KB pullovers with 35 pds for 15 reps - 5 sets.
  4. Prc Dec 5 sets of 50 reps with 55 pds
  5. cable crossovers - 5 sets of 50 reps with 15 pounds
Calves
  1. sitting calf extensions 20 reps for 5 sets with 135 pds.
Swim for 35 minutes doing butterfly and freestyle for 42 laps.
